I've never purchased a car before, but the team at Paramount (specifically Evan Payne) made the process so simple. I was able to find the car AND apply for a loan online. They honored my trade-in estimate without even seeing the car, gave me a great deal and I was driving home in a new car in about an hour. I've always wanted a Volkswagen GTI and wasn't sure if I could ever get one, but their competitive pricing and excellent customer service made this purchase a no-brainer.
