You can not get better customer service. When my shipping address was changed by Paypal and my boots where sent to the wrong address Elli made it right. They went way above and beyond to make sure I got my order in time for a big trip. The error had nothing to do with Piragis but they made sure I got my order. Thank you Piragis Northwoods Company!!! Far and away the best customer service I have ever had.
