I spoke with Leslie in the office and was very pleased with her response to all of my questions and concerns however I have read the reviews and am a bit skeptical now and wish there were more positive responses.

Leslie sent me pictures of various mantles available and I will continue to do a bit more research.
I am also concerned with unloading the product when it arrives. I may not be able to do that ..
