I recently received an Uplift bamboo desk that had slight damage to the desktop. I called customer service and spoke to Jackson Daly about my concerns over the damage. There have been many instances in the past that have caused me to lose confidence in customer service responses to issues such as this, but not this time! Jackson s support was exemplary! He was able to address my concern over the phone, with no back and forth over who s fault it was. It s nice to know that high level customer support still exist and there are companies like Uplift that believe in the customer experience.
