Before I start writing this review DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING BES UTILITIES!!. I promise you that you will thank every person that left an honest 1 star review on here because they will save you a lot a money and hassle when you go elsewhere. I have the misfortune to be tied into a contract with this company for 5 long painful years. They have cost me thousands in expensive fees. I beg you please use any company but this one they will bring your world crashing down around you. Extortionate prices the worlds worst costumer service need I go on...
