Silkin has helped me understand the management side of dentistry, an area that gets overlooked in dental school. I love the idea of managing by statistics - it just makes sense to me. Ways of hiring, techniques on staff training, methods on delegating tasks, and assigning monthly conditions are other areas that Silkin has instilled in my practice.
