Went to an opening they had for one of their rental properties. The agent James Bristol accepted a $200 check deposit to reserve the house. Even though he mentioned it'd be illegal for him to hold on the check rather than deposit it immediately, he accepted then check, did not cash it and thus multiple applications for the same property have been processed ahead.

After waiting over two weeks we're still waiting and when we requested more information from James he simply replies that it's not his department.

After having been declined in the background check they then deposited the check which was supposed to be refunded if we were declined.
