We had a very positive experience at Lou Fusz on Friday. After Jim Donohue called me upon seeing my interest on the Internet, we made an appointment for me to come in. I had a certificate of savings and he didn't hesitate to honor it and give me a good price without a lot of haggling (which my husband hates more than anything). Besides Jim, Jimmy helped me learn about the radio (I knew most of the other "stuff" because this is the third Camry I have purchased). I'm sure the crew in back were "thrilled" to be getting the car ready for us late on Friday, but they did a superb job. We won't hesitate to deal with Jim and the Lou Fusz dealership in the future.
