My car has been in the service department for two ...

My car has been in the service department for two days now.... I was told it should be only a one day process. I call today, the second day... they didn t even assign me a new advisor because my advisor was off today. I just want to know if they can fix my car or not.... if it s in there still tomorrow too. I m going to need to rent a car and that s more money coming out.

Update - Stefan was the best advisor though! He took care of my issue and got everything fixed that my first advisor didn t inform me of.
