My AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and I left a voicemail with Service Wizard. Within 10 minutes, Kevin called me back and came straight to my house. I really liked getting a text with his photo in advance. Kevin was very friendly and helpful and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I am a new customer with this company and I am very impressed with the quality of service. Thanks!!
