My name is pawandeep dhunna .I stayed in the hotel for. 12 July to 18th of July. First day wa all good and after the worst time start.service is so lousy .we ordered a food at 9pm and it delivered at 11pm .and then we gave laundry and first they said its gonna be ready in morning 7 am .and now is 12.10 PM when I am writing a review and it's not ready yet .they need some serious training for then and for theye staff .its a 5 start hotel and service is like 2 star .I am waiting for the manager since 20 min and he hasn't shown up yet .
I was booking always through Expedia and other 3rd party .but this time I made a big time mistake and book the hotel straight. I wish I could have gave this hotel a 0 start and will never come back in this hotel again .
