I used to hate working out. It felt like a chore to me and I was never very consistent with it. I love working out at Body Blueprint. I actually get out of bed to work out at 5:00 in the morning! It is something I have come to look forward to. The trainers are great and the people and the atmosphere are great. The workouts are challenging enough for those in great shape and can be modified for those just starting out. I encourage anyone looking for a great program to check out Body Blueprint!
