Had a technician out to my home today to fix the issues we have been having with cameras going completely offline and/or reconnecting and not showing picture afterwards. I have been given the run around multiple times saying it s a software issue and no equipment has been replaced. My front driveway camera is also cracked and not functioning correctly because of it and Vivint has not replaced that camera. I pay monthly for professional monitoring and access to the app to view my cameras and all other smart devices. I am being made to deal with the faulty equipment. After the technician left today I had my doorbell camera and driveway camera go offline again and couldn t view footage from those cameras. This happened at 12:40pm. The issue has not been resolved. My plan is supposed to include a lifetime warranty on equipment but they will absolutely always blame things on the software to not replace equipment.
