3 Star hotel; 5 star price

3 Star hotel; 5 star price

Room: OK but "clever" features (mood lighting, en-suite with glass doors, etc.) - bath took an age to fill, shower only adequate
Facilities: pool closed, in house sauna, etc. all extra
Service: good welcome but downhill after that - when ran out of tea in room (two cups) could not get more immediately, when ran out of coffee (!) it did come quickly
Food: unlike similar hotels, no breakfast inclusive rate (unlike e.g. Marriott) although this is well hidden on website
Only 5 star aspect was the price ... and I'm used to London!
Fine for a 3 star but very disappointing for a 5 star hotel
