Decided to have lunch out with my wife as part of our stay cation! & chose the Lakeside Hotel which is only about an hours drive from home and through the beautiful Irish countryside!!!
Arriving at the hotel we found the car park nearly full but we found a space. Going into the dining room we each ordered a very reasonably priced beer battered fish and chips and were very impressed with the quality and the service, we were served by a good team of waitresses who were very helpful, particularly as I am partially disabled. The food was excellent and well served. I think that we'll be going back there during the "stay cation"
