Extremely disappointed after having traveled a lot...

Extremely disappointed after having traveled a lot in the world, upon arrival we were disappointed after a long trip with a 7 month old baby we were left to hang for more than 2 hours in the entrance of the hotel we just asked for a shower and an air-conditioned room so that baby can rest,
Buffet abysmal and not clean other than flies I don't know who it might attract ....
The staff are friendly and numerous but unfortunately no quality of service
The hotel is in its own juice while it has enormous potential !!!! unfortunately it has not been renovated over time
Seen on the sea from the very appreciable pretty garden room, at the bottom of the hotel there is no beach and the sea is stony and muddy (you have to go a little further)
Odor of septic ditch everything is expensive for more than average services !!!
It is not the heavenly reality of short photos if you do not want to get ripped off .. Nor go !!!!
