My experience with GoMedigap has been a pleasure. Your agent, Steve Sutton, gave me a call in March of this year. He briefly told me about the services offered, then explained how I could lock in a premium 6 months before my 65th birthday. Steve said he would give me a call in September and would have some plans for me to consider. He didn't call every week, like some others have. That is so annoying. But when September came he was true to his word. We had some phone tags abit, since I was recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and seeing dr. frequently, but we finally found time for him to explain my options and answer the many questions that I had. I never felt pressure to accept any particular company and he told me the benefits and costs. Thank you Steve for your help and conversation and thanks also to the pleasant young lady who helped me get signed up. If I have further questions or requests I feel yall are prepared to help me at any time.
