A novel written, but many points to note: Owning a classic E31 850i is not easy, it is such an uncommon vehicle that it turns heads to this day, unfortunately the flip side it also leaves most mechanics scratching theirs on how to work on it. Nick (service advisor) was great every step of the way advising me their master mechanic (Glen) has the experience with this car and stated only he will work on it. Though he made it clear his staff is very knowledgeable and able, he wanted to ensure only the most experienced with this car should handle it to give it a thorough multi point inspection to report any suggestions that would better improve my driving experience. They did not disappoint, advised me of the small issues my car had but did not push to make another appointment in attempt for more money like other locations. I did not have the best exposure with BMW London in early years, but it presents that when they improved their building, they also improved their service in both customer service, and quality of. They have turned things around with a feeling of being welcomed back, great work BMW London.
