The service from the day we had the salesperson over to show my husband and myself the product they make was excellent. Being in a HOA we had to get approval, which took some time to get back to the office.
You do need to realize that it takes time to get these windows and doors made for you specific home. When they do come in and are ready to be installed they have a team that comes and works very well together to get them installed. At the end of the day they cleaned up, removing all old windows and doors. It was a great experience working with everyone at Storm Tight Windows. I would strongly encourage everyone to check them out as they provide quality work. This was honestly my best Christmas gift ever. The house temperature is turned up so to save money on the FP&L bill. When all the fireworks were going off on New Years Eve I was pleasantly surprised that I never heard them.
