Review of Hotel NH Schiphol Airport

I was a bit disappointed given the reviews I read....

I was a bit disappointed given the reviews I read. It's an average airport hotel. I didn't have any hot water for my shower and I was pretty shocked by the extra cost of the city tax in the morning. I left a 25 deposit and got just over 7 back. Seemed very high to me and certainly wasn't clear when I booked.
Overall a slightly unsatisfying stay
