Ryan is upfront and personable. My issue was assessed and diagnosed without charge, and he helped me decide the best course of action. Very pleased that they work on MacBooks, and at a reasonable price. He quoted me, then had to do extra work including replacement of my display and other components, but stuck to his original quote. Not easy to find these days.

At my clinic they were very helpful with my PC issues a while back, providing remote service. I've dealt with other Mac service providers in the area in the past, on the same computer, and was far more pleased with the professionalism and customer service at Nerds4Hire. Highly recommend.
