In addition to the ongoing support of our network, we ve used the expertise of the Excalibur team to replace 2 servers, build and launch a web site, and develop a custom software program that includes e-commerce. Excalibur is committed to cross-training, so there are 2 engineers assigned to us with occasional mentoring or substitutions. Excalibur s employees, while highly technically qualified, are able to communicate technical information in terms that we can understand and act upon.
