We've been a client since 2006. Have had nothing but great service and great experiences. Every staff member we have dealt with has been very professional, knowledgeable and have been able to fix our problems.
They'll get the job done! Make sure the get a senior engineer, the juniors are typically under-trained, so you may want to keep an eye on the engineer and keep them accountable for their work. Overall they have a talented team.
The helpdesk team is pretty sharp. If the engineer on the phone is not making progress, feel free to have them ask if someone else might have ideas.
