Excalibur has provided excellent service and support to the company I work for. I've had other IT companies work for us before, and Excalibur is far better than the others. I would highly recommend them.

Excalibur Technology has provided IT support for our agency for about 15 years. In addition to the ongoing support of our network, we ve used the expertise of the Excalibur team to replace 2 servers, build and launch a web site, and develop a custom software program that includes e-commerce. Excalibur is committed to cross-training, so there are 2 engineers assigned to us with occasional mentoring or substitutions. They'll get the job done! Make sure the get a senior engineer, the juniors are typically under-trained, so you may want to keep an eye on the engineer and keep them accountable for their work. Overall they have a talented team. The helpdesk team is pretty sharp. If the engineer on the phone is not making progress, feel free to have them ask if someone else might have ideas. Validate your billing, be friendly and you'll do well with Excalibur!
