We came the wrong weekend. Love this hotel but this time it wasn't the same. Seemed understaffed and the normal greeting and smiling just wasn't there. Hope it's not Accor running it down as they did with some Pullman in Phuket but rather and simply a wrong weekend. Based on past experiences we might give it another try. Based on this single experience it wasn't worth the extra money. Memories drive my 4* rating - used to be a clear 5*
