No matter how stressful and challenging this pande...

No matter how stressful and challenging this pandemic may be, it was disappointing today watching a member of your staff verbally berate and physically intimidate an old man (no matter how annoying or repetitive his questions may have been). Then, having that same staff member verbally confront the entire line of patiently waiting customers, telling us we all had to behave properly or we'd be kicked out was further insulting. The only person behaving inappropriately was the staff member. Had I not already wasted so much of my time waiting in line, I would have gone elsewhere to shop.
