I do not say this lightly, but Lou Fusz service provided a truly outstanding experience. They went well beyond my expectations when replacing a wheel on my car. The experience was smooth and I would highly recommend their service department to anyone.

My experience: brought my car in to replace a damaged wheel. They thought they had the part, but when it turned out that they didn't, they offered to pick my car up (30 miles away), bring it to the shop, have the work done, and drive it back. This happened and went off without a hitch. Hats off to Jimi Dieringer for making me a fan of Lou Fusz.
