The 7 course menu I tried was composed of dishes oriented towards French cuisine. All the dishes were of modern cuisine with "micro" portions as regards the quantity but which at the end of the dinner still leave you sufficiently full.
The flavors of each course are highly sought after and perfectly combined. Couldn't find anything like this in traditional restaurants. For each dish the waiter who takes care of his table explains the composition and tastes.

The price, compared to normal restaurants, is high especially if you take the wines.
To give an idea, they are more or less 100 euros each without the wines and more or less 150 euros each with the wines.

The staff is very nice and friendly and lends themselves to questions and curiosities especially if there are few people.

Fast and impeccable service.
