We called Saturday evening and a real person answered the phone (Christina?). We called another big advertising plumber and got a VM. We booked Gillece Saturday and the other firm called Sunday while Steve T was here.
Steve was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Price was a little salty for a $3 wax ring, but it was better than doing it myself.

BTW: 4- vie 5-star because no one is perfect; 4 is tops.
