A great place to spend an afternoon eating cakes and drinking tea. I've been 3 times now and will definitely be going again. There's a pretty good variety of cakes and pastries each time, as well as small sandwiches and scones depending on the menu. A good selection of tea to choose from, and you can have coffee if you prefer.

Booking on the site is pretty straightforward, as is getting to the hotel. I have taken the complimentary minibus from Shinjuku station. Directions to the stop are very easy to follow. The first time I went out was a bit confusing as there's a municipal bus that stops in the same place.

One thing I'd criticize are the seats. They're not suited to sitting and eating at all, in my opinion. Great for a relaxed chat, but way too squishy and soft for when you're eating.

Looking forward to my next visit.
