While there were some issues with the hotel, all of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and did what they could to make things right. However, finding my shower broken one morning, calling the front desk to report it, then finding the water turned off at 5:30 am with no notice was a concern. I was shuffled to a room that wasn't as nice (from Bayview suite to regular room) for the remainder of my stay. My a/c was set to 67, felt warmer, and would not go lower. After the fiasco with the water being turned off, I was afraid to complain about the a/c. There was obvious water damage in the shower in the new room that had been poorly patched. One of the elevators was out of service, which caused issues with getting to and from the room. The hotel definitely needs upgrades. I doubt I would stay here again.
