I have had nothing but great experiences at BMW London for 5 years since I bought my X1. Chris Yeoman was extremely helpful throughout the process and he makes a point of coming over to chat every time he sees me in the dealership for service.
I have always felt that I am treated with respect and the service prices are fair. I stopped in the other day for a coolant top up and Steve Nelles had me in and out in less than 10 mins with a smile and a wave!
I also love that they even change my wipers for me when it s time for replacement, so I don t have to figure it out. Great customer service!!
