I won t be using Uber anymore not only was my ride...

I won t be using Uber anymore not only was my ride terrible I send a message to the help team asking for a full refund which was less then $20 and all I get is a refund for the waiting charges that shouldn t have even been there because the driver didn t follow directions and was waiting at total opposite side of my apartment. The refund was $1.52 I stated since my ride was terrible I don t want to have to pay for the ride at all I was told that s all they can do. The driver wasn t listening to directions before he even got to me and made us late for our anniversary dinner. We kept telling him where the restaurant was and he wasn t listening. For the company to honor my refund for $17.59 for their driver not listening is crazy to me. On top of that I had to call him and he was like arguing with me back and fourth about being outside at the wrong building and I kept saying air not your not I m outside it was raining bad as well. If this is how this company treats there customers I don t want no part in it and won t use UBER anymore. I guess I will have to download lyft. Having my driver be unprofessional then having the help people not care that was just the icing on the cake. It s just sad because I have been using Uber since probably like 2015 maybe or 2016 not sure even worked for them at one point and this is the first time I had this service where my drive was bad and the help support was bad as well.
