If no stars were an option I would give my service with Cesar zero stars. Saturday morning I called Larry H Miller Volkswagen and inquired about walk in oil changes. I was told walk ins were welcome and was encouraged to come in for a walk in appointment. When I got to the dealership I wasn t greeted but was asked by Cesar why I was coming in as he was walking into the service building area. I told him I d called for a walk in and I needed an oil change. In a rude, snarky manner asked if I had an appointment. I let him know I called prior to coming, in a very huffy response he said they don t normally take walk ins as their schedule is full and their scheduling system didn t notify them they had a full schedule. He sat down at his desk and stared into the screen typing whatever he was typing until I mentioned I needed two light bulbs changed as well. He looked up (for the first time) and said he couldn t help me until he looked at my car. When he came back he mentioned they might not be able to do my oil change as their schedule was full and that they closed at 4pm. He walked outside to get my miles and to move my car forward. He came in, sat back down and made a couple of notes. For the second time I mentioned I needed two bulbs replaced if there was a possibility that could be done- again he said I might not be able to get my oil changed as their schedule was full. I didn t get any follow up call to let me know where my car was in the process (I wasn t even aware I was ACTUALLY getting my oil changed until I called the front desk). During my call to the front desk I found out in fact my car was being worked on- but at that time I had to return to work until well after closing. Not only did I get TERRIBLE service, I was left without a car as he couldn t communicate that my vehicle would be done by or around x time. Once I got my car, I noticed my lights were never changed, and did not get any follow up or apologies that the service could not get done. Worst experience I ve had in my 10 years of service with your location.
