I'm very happy with the plumbing service that I received from Gillece. I saw their commercial on TV and decided to contact them after 2 months of exasperation with a local plumber that gave me a quote and a promise to start within a couple of weeks. A man named Owen from Gillece showed up 3 days after I contacted the Company. It's now less than 1 week from that initial contact and the work is all done! I wish that all people that do residential work of all types could be like Owen. He is clean, kind and professional. He has Integrity. He took at look at everything that I needed done and gave me a written quote. He then asked me if I wanted him to start working that day! I thought the quote was good but I needed financing. He took care of that right away. I now have a low $49 a month payment with 18 months same as cash. He worked all day yesterday putting in new pipes, a new hot water heater, and he switched out my old disgusting laundry tub for a new one that I had purchased. He made sure that everything was in perfect working condition, checking and rechecking all the work. He was great, and I will request him in the future for any plumbing work that I need. Also important to me, my dogs loved him. Dogs have an uncanny way of knowing whether or not you are dealing with an open, honest individual. Thank you Gillece for taking care of my plumbing work and thank you Owen for making it painless. Like I said "very happy!"
