The hotel is comfortable with contemporary rooms. Enough sockets in the room and close to the bed. Good service around the clock with enough drinking water. Laundry service is good. The offer I had was with 3 pieces daily washing free of charge. Thanks to Don David, room attendance for the good service. Food in the Lagoon was excellent. Meeting facilities and halls are great.

The only issue I faced during my stay was the disturbance sounds of maintenance in one day during afternoon. I could not take a nap. No advance information was provided about it or even an apology during the maintenance or after. I called the reception but sounds continued. However, I mentioned it to the receptionist when checking out who apologized.

I would have rated 5 but due to this maintenance issue, the rating is 3.5 which is rounded to 4
