This by far is one of the worst companies in business. I ve literally been on hold for almost 40 minutes and still no answer. It doesn t matter when or what time you call, you will be on hold forever. When you do get someone they re usually not helpful and condescending. You are not able to access forms online and there is nothing efficient about the way they operate. After dealing with a better company (Palco) for over a year this is definitely a step down. I m not sure how they re still in business. If I could give a zero star I would.
