If I could give zero stars i would! I previously stayed at the Bluffs apartments and there were issues from the start. It took them forever to give our security deposit back only to give us less than it originally was. We're called numerous times to ask about it but no one had any information. I have a list of this that weren't completed when after we moved in. Upon moving out I gave a 30 day notice along with issues that needed to be fixed. The maintenance guy came and replaced only the blinds in the living room not the bedroom and we were charged 84.00 for blinds when we moved out! Also we were charged for painting touch ups 300.00 why I don't know when they never painted before we moved in! I looked through my lease couldn't find anything regarding paying for paint. STAY AWAY!! Scammers!!
