Negative experience in the emergency room, 8 hours of waiting and a ring paraded to my mother (in half sleep suffering from dementia) while she was on the couch waiting to be visited. I do not enter into the merits of the gesture to say the least ignoble, I only say that if the staff on duty allowed me to be close to them, surely they could have been avoided. Consistent with urgencies, I believe that elderly people with a high disability should have a fast track.
