Northbound is an excellent recruiting firm. I worked with them as a candidate and not only was I placed in a role within weeks (2-3 weeks from meeting with the team) but it was with an AMAZING company. To give you some context, I m a new transplant to NYC and I recognize NYC is a very competitive market so I was expecting it would take me a few months to find a role I love at a great company. But Northbound accomplished that and more.
