I showed up at Swanson's at 4:55pm today, knowing that they close at five and their associate kindly helped me. I received excellent customer service even though I kept him working after closing time. Very pleased with the customer service I receive every time I go in. And he also has my order memorized, 2 yards of fur shavings. He also remembered that I had brought a new addition to horse family at our ranch home. Thank you Robert.
