Our heater mysteriously stopped working in the middle of the night. When we called TLC they were very courteous and set up an appointment with Travis M. We received a call a few minutes before his arrival at our home which we greatly appreciated. When Travis arrived he was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing to check the heater and what he found. Turned out the problem was actually pretty simple to fix - yea! Travis also explained important maintenance steps we can take to better care for the heater. He did a thorough job of servicing the heater so it will be good to go for all the cold nights ahead.
