Was at lunch with my friend. Terrace bar. Service wasn't great waiter didn't give us water. Food average. Ordered salads which came weak like they were out of date. Asked for flat white, got weak latte. They didn't know the difference when asked if they mixed up and gave us wrong coffee. Also was disappointed with no small biscuit on a side of coffee. A bit shabby for the 4* considering its normal in most places now.
