It was fun. The thrill and excitement is what got me into it and that's why I'm rating 5 stars.
We scheduled a jump but the weather kept being bad so they had to keep rescheduling us so eventually we never even jumped or were able to get in contact with them about a refund, my messages never go through and they never answered the phone. I basically got robbed, this place is trash. Terrible customer service
They share a space in the TSA Hangars LP group & have a good business skydiving. A considerate organization who park a considerable number of vehicles far enough off in the grass so as not to impede aircraft traffic.
Overall good experience. My only complaint is that I had I had a scheduled jump time of 10 and didn't get on the plane till 12.
Todd molter at Gravity Powered Sports is such a wonderful instructor for first time Skydivers!! He truly knows how to teach people to be competent skydivers. The crew that works their is accommodating an very personable to get to work with!! You can obviously tell their like family their the way they all mesh together. If your taking your family Skydiving for the first time I would highly recommend Gravity Powered Sports!! It was truly an adventure an a check off the bucket list!!
Terrible customer service. The owner rescheduled my jump time with no regard for the customer's schedule and for no disclosed reason, yet refused a refund. I was constantly awaiting a reply from my emails and couldn't get an answer when I called and they hadn't set up their voicemail for me to even leave a message. I'm disappointed in the unprofessional behavior to say the very least and I can't trust someone that unorganized with my safety.
