For my part more drive, 3/4 of the time we take co...

For my part more drive, 3/4 of the time we take control of the car which is at the other terminal but which of course arrived after.
I still had the turn this evening, but there they made strong ... I arrive, nobody at the drive I stop at the terminal on the left and I wait .... I wait .... a car goes to the terminal on the right and there we take the order right away ... a car I want again but there were 3 cars, which they passed in front of me !!!!
At one point, they finally decided to take my order, well that's what I thought ... the person asked me what I wanted, so I start to tell him and in fact I went realize that she was not taking it and that she was no longer there at all !!!
So suddenly I go to the checkout, there nobody asks me what I want to order, I answer it's been 3 cars that you put before me it's good I want nothing more ... she m just replied okay and closed the window ....
I arrived around 6:45 pm and I left the drive at 7:15 pm !!!
I find it inadmissible !!!!!!!
