1. Called reception for kettle. Was told i had to pay 16 as deposit for a kettle. Surprised because first time experiencing such situation. Before I could ask further, the receptionist hung up. Quite rude to be a front desk staff. There was no laundry bag either in the closet. I did not want to call reception again. So, we need to bring along our own kettle and laundry bag when we visit Holland.
2. The breakfast was amazing. Uncountable choices. The lady chef was very friendly and helpful. Another restaurant staff was helpful, too.
3. The room was very good. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night.
4. No bottled water.
