We took the Mendenhall Canoe trip to get an up close encounter with the glacier. It was a great trip and David, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. He took us right up to Nugget Falls and was also very aware of the limits of a canoe full of novice rowers. David made this trip extra special for us. Thanks!!!
