DO NOT STAY. Currently staying at the Palms. There are numerous problems with our stay.
The door to our room does not work. Every time we enter we have to wait for an employee to open it. We are not able to access the room for which we have paid a significant amount.

The elevators to not work. They broke for the afternoon and then sent us to the wrong floor this evening.

I will not recommend this hotel. Do not stay here.

I would give the hotel zero stars if I could.
