They talk a good game but when it comes to fulfilling their promises to hosts and guests their true colors come out. "Guests" trash a unit i rented, violate the house rules and damage the property. The host guarantee was worthless and Airbnb did nothing to help. Customer service was not only rude but also difficult to reach.

I will never stay in an airbnb nor will I use their platform again. They cost me thousands and did not fulfill their obligations.
