Very busy location, but everyone seemed to be on the ball and getting it done. Minus one star for no parking and expensive parts that even the other Toyota Dealership that is north of Seattle sells for cheaper. For instance; differential fill plug was 8+ dollars here, at the other dealership it was 4.70, I find that to be strange. I could understand a slight difference but pricing parts at almost double? Oh and here is a tip to the employees; when someone pulls into the parking lot, your first words should be a common courtesy like, Hello, how are you today? These simple things go a long way
