These cats rule. Just went in for my 20k maintenance on my Passat (that I bought from here too). Called the night before, they squeezed me in, got it done in less than 2 hours, washed it crystal clean, and just didn't make me feel like I was an interruption to their day (which is a rarity at a car dealership if you're not buying a car). David is the guy I talked to the whole time and he was awesome. I also had a problem with a squealing of my brakes (not metal, just a weird sound) and instead of being frustrated with a "high-maintenance" customer, he just took notes and assured me it would get looked at and fixed. He even followed up after the weekend to make sure the brakes were all good. Pro shop, hands down. This was my first VW purchase and I love it so much that we're about to get my wife a Jetta TDI. Dig it.
